  • How can I exchange my order?
  • You may exchange your items within 15 business days from the date of delivery.

    To exchange, send an email to of the items you want to return providing the order #, items to be exchanged, and reason of exchange. then place an order on of the new items for the same value or higher. Once we deliver the new items, you return the exchanged ones with the delivery company and pay the difference(if any).

    You can also exchange at one of our stores.

  • When will I receive my order?
  • You will receive an email confirmation with all your order details and shipment updates. You can check the tracking number on your Order Confirmation Page. The total delivery time includes the warehouse processing time and home delivery by our couriers 1 to 4 working days.

    We might face shipping delays due to the high number of orders on Black Friday.


  • How can I cancel my order?
  • You cancel your order free of any charge within 1 hour from purchase time. Please send a cancellation email to with your order number and details.

    Once your order is in preparation or dispatched status, we are no longer able to undertake any modifications, cancellations because the order is being loaded or already in the hands of our courier.

    As a last resort, you can refuse the parcel when delivered and the delivery company will send back the parcel to Tchooz shoes while you will just be charged the delivery fees.

  • Which payment method do you accept?
  • All our prices are in Lebanese Lira. We accept LBP cash and credit card on delivery. Please refer to our Payment terms.

    After placing an order, you can request Credit Card Machine by Whatsapp on +961 79 130 734

  • What do I do if I can't find my size?
  • Please send an email to or Whatsapp us on 79130734 with the item number and your size.

  • The product I received is defective/damaged/not in good condition, what can I do?
  • Our team will respond to your request regarding items damaged during transportation process or manufacturing faults within 2 business days. Please contact us on and include your order number and details.

  •  Where do I insert the discount code?
  • For mobile users, during checkout, click on "Show Order Summary" and a discount code field will appear. Insert the discount code and click on the arrow on its right side, it will automatically show you the total with the discounted price.

    For desktop users, during checkout, on the right side of the screen, there is a discount code field. Insert the discount code and click on "Apply",  it will automatically show you the total with the discounted price.
