Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Exchange policy

You may exchange your items for free (picked up by our courier)within 30 business days from the date you receive your order.

To exchange, send an email to sales@tchoozshoes.com of the items you want to return providing the order #, items to be exchanged, and reason of exchange. then place an order on www.tchoozshoes.com of the new items for the same value or higher. Once we deliver the new items, you return the exchanged ones with the delivery company and pay the difference (if any).

You can also exchange at any of our stores.

All exchanged items must be returned in the same condition received, original packaging and with all original tags, labels and Invoice.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Items will be calculated at the current merchandise price.

Items must be exchanged for an item with the same value or higher.

Please note that items are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour from purchase time.
If you wish to cancel after 2 hours, you will be charged of the delivery fees.
