Welcome to Tchooz Shoes, the official distributor of PUMA in Lebanon and a multi-brand retailer of sports apparel, footwear, and accessories. By accessing or using our website or visiting our retail locations, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General

These Terms apply to all users of our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Availability

We offer products from PUMA and other international sportswear brands.
All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (USD or LBP)
  • Credit Card / Debit Card (upon request, a card machine can be provided by the delivery driver)

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Lebanon only.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 working days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
  • Deliveries take place every day except Sundays and official holidays.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. An SMS notification will be sent by our courier once your package is collected.

Our courier may attempt to contact you up to three times to confirm the delivery address and timing. If calls are unanswered, our office will follow up. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation and return to our premises.

Delivery Fees:

  • Free delivery and free exchange across Lebanon for orders above $40
  • A delivery charge of $4 applies to orders below $40

Tchooz Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Refunds are issued as store credit only, within the same 30-day period and under the same conditions.

Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Warranty and Authenticity

All products sold by Tchooz Shoes are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized brands or distributors.
Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on brand policy. Please retain your invoice for warranty claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, trademarks (including PUMA), images, and text, is the property of Tchooz Shoes or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tchooz Shoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
