Exchange Policy
You may exchange your items free of charge (picked up by our courier) within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange, please email sales@tchoozshoes.com with:
- Order number
- Items to be exchanged
- Reason for exchange
Then, place a new order on www.tchoozshoes.com for items of the same value or higher. Once the new items are delivered, you may return the exchanged items with the delivery company and pay any price difference (if applicable).
You may also exchange your items at any of our stores (please keep your invoice):

All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted.
- Items are calculated at the current merchandise price
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or higher value
- All items are non-refundable
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour from the time of purchase.
Cancellations after this time will be charged delivery fees.
