Welcome to Tchooz Shoes, the official distributor of PUMA in Lebanon and a multi-brand retailer of sports apparel, footwear, and accessories. By accessing or using our website, or visiting our retail locations, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General
These Terms apply to all users of our Services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases through our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet the required age.
3. Products and Availability
We offer products from PUMA and other international sportswear brands.
All descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card and cash on delivery (COD).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within Lebanon only.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before finalizing your order.
Tchooz Shoes is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events.
6. Returns and Exchanges
You may exchange products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Items may also be refunded in the form of store credits within the same 30-day period, under the same conditions.
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
7. Warranty and Authenticity
All items sold by Tchooz Shoes are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or brands.
Manufacturer warranties may apply based on brand policy. Please retain your invoice for warranty claims.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services, including logos, trademarks (including PUMA), images, and text, is the property of Tchooz Shoes or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tchooz Shoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or products purchased.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
