شروط الدفعإن كل الأسعار هي بالدولار الأمريكي. نقبل تسديد المبلغ نقداً بالدولار الأمريكي و بالليرة اللبنانية و ببطاقة ائتمان إن وقت التسليم واحد إلى أربعة أيام عمل كحد أقصى. بعد القيام بعملية الشراء، سوف تتلقى رسالة تأكيد إلكترونية تحتوي تفاصيل الطلبية ومستجدات الشحن. سترسل شركة الشحن رسالة نصية قصيرة على الهاتف المحمول للعميل لإبلاغه بأن الطرد الذي يخصه قد تمّ استلامه من قبلها. سوف يحاول مندوب شركة الشحن الإتصال بك في 3 محاولات لتأكيد العنوان وتحديد توقيت التسليم. إذا لم يتمّ الرد على الإتصال، سنتصل بك من مكاتبنا. وإذا لم يتمّ الرد، عندها تعتبر الطلبية ملغاة وسيرجع الطرد إلى مكاتبنا. نقوم بتهيئة الطلبيات من الإثنين إلى الجمعة من الساعة 8 قبل الظهر لغاية 5 بعد الظهر، باستثناء أيام العطل. ونقوم بعملية الشحن خلال كل أيام الأسبوع ما عدا الآحاد وأيام العطل. نفرض رسوم توصيل بقيمة 4 دولارات للطلبات التي تقل عن 40 دولارًا
